By accessing and using RoteAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

RoteAI is an AI-based travel planning tool. While we strive to provide accurate information, itineraries, distances, travel times, prices and opening hours are estimates produced by algorithms and may contain errors or outdated information.

RoteAI provides route and overnight stay suggestions. However, the driver of the vehicle is solely responsible for:

• Checking that the route is suitable for your motorhome’s dimensions and weight.
• Complying with all local traffic laws, including low-emission zones (LEZ/CAZ) and circulation restrictions.
• Confirming the legality of overnight stays (wild camping) with local authorities, as regulations change frequently.

AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or be outdated. Check road conditions, vehicle restrictions and availability before travelling. These notices do not remove the provider’s legal liability or mandatory consumer rights.

RoteAI participates in affiliate programmes (for example Viator, GetYourGuide, among others). This means we may receive a commission if you click a link and make a booking, at no extra cost to you.

All bookings for tours, campsites or hotels are handled by third-party platforms. RoteAI does not process payments and is not responsible for cancellations, refunds or the quality of services provided by third parties.

RoteAI Premium lets you create and adjust itineraries for personal trip planning, with the features of your chosen plan. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts with usage patterns incompatible with this purpose, including automation, account sharing, scraping, or volumes manifestly exceeding reasonable human use.

Requests that use AI have limits of up to 20 accepted requests in 60 seconds and 500 in 30 days per account. These limits are shared across chat, AI support and AI route validation. Each period starts with the first accepted request after the previous period ends; the 30-day period is not necessarily a calendar month. An accepted request counts even if the response is not completed, and deleting your history does not restore that request.

In the main chat, you can run one generation at a time. Technical failures may interrupt a response; a new request is subject to the remaining limits.

Stopping renewals, exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and making a complaint about service failures are separate procedures. To exercise your applicable rights, contact contato@roteai.app. The number of itineraries generated does not, by itself, determine the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
