What is RoteAI?

RoteAI is an AI assistant for motorhome trip planning. It helps create itineraries, suggest overnight stays and activities, and display everything on the map.

Can I use it without an account?

Yes. You can try the chat as a guest. To save trips, validate routes and use premium features, you need an account.

Does route validation replace real-world checks?

No. Validation helps identify relevant restrictions, but you should always confirm local signs, your vehicle dimensions and actual road conditions.

Is PDF available to everyone?

Advanced PDF export is linked to the Premium plan. Some experiences may evolve as the product matures.

What does “unlimited itineraries” mean on Premium?

You can generate as many itineraries as you want for personal trip planning. Technical anti-abuse limits apply (max 10 generations per 15 minutes and 50 per 24 hours per user) and do not affect normal use. See Terms of Use §5.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Via the billing portal under “My account → Subscription” or through the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, email support@roteai.app from your account email.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — during the first 14 days after the initial purchase you have the right to a full refund without giving reasons (EU Directive 2011/83). Exception: if during that period you have already generated 3 or more complete itineraries, we consider the digital service consumed and the right expires.

When am I charged?

The free trial lasts 3 days. After that, the monthly or yearly subscription is charged automatically via Stripe. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal.

How do I delete my account?

While the self-service option is under development, send a deletion request to support@roteai.app from your account email. We delete all personal data within 30 days, in line with GDPR.
